To appease the troops

This is a picture of the final member of the Roberson Clan (Dudee).
Frank and Faith wouldn't leave me alone until I put him on the blog so here he is. He is chewing on a catnip cigar in this picture.

Backstory: I have 4 four legged babies with Christmas names
Holly Dae - Westie
Jack Frost - West
Pumpkin Pie (Punky) - Cat
Gingerbread (Dude) - Cat.... When he was a little kitten Frankie didn't think Ginger was a boy cats name so he called him little dude but now everyone calls him Dude. Except for me I still say his name is Gingerbread. I am holding on to the dream.

Pilgramige to Gaithersburg

Hello all!!!

Backstory: Tammy and I went to Buca di Beppo when we were in Salt Lake City and I loved the food. I went online and found that we have one about 45 minutes from our house. Frankie knew a shortcut..

So we are fat and sassy and back from BUCA!!! it was so good. We went to Gaithersburg today to have our anniversary dinner. Thursday was actually our 8th anniversary we can hardly believe it. We have been together 9 years now and married for 8. Where did the time go!!!! As usual there was one extra person celbrating with us. Faith of course goes everywhere with us so here are the three of us in the car afterwards.

We then went to the Whole Foods store to pick up Faith's Cotswald cheese. When we were in Philadelphia last summer with Lori we went to the Reading Market and Faith fell in love with this gourmet cheese and I didn't remember how much it was until I researched the price. Apparently this cheese comes all the way from England. She has expensive taste already. I pity the young man who wants to marry her. :)

Well I am going to flop down and relax after the big meal... Enjoy the rest of your evening.

Last of the pictures from last night.

Here are the final pictures of last night's party. That Laura has such great ideas. I may have to have her over after I decide on my projects and have her do them Laura style to get some new ideas. She can become a creative team member:) I love this little scrapbook page so much I am probably going to try and do it this weekend.

Here are the first set of photos

Angie's Halloween Stampin Up! Party

I had a great time with a the girls last night. Here are some of the people and projects that were there. It is fun to see what creative things people can make from your creations. The winner of creativity is Laura with the curled up corner and again Laura with the spiderweb rub on for the scrapbook page.

I am learning so much too from doing these parties. I am going to have to order some Decor Elements now and some more craft ink. I will be doing a table scape at the next party but am also going to demonstrate Decor Elements. I had a couple of requests. I have a leaf set that I will be showing how to stamp on the wall. If you have any suggestions for how to make a faux wall I would love to hear it.

Enjoy the slideshow.

I will have pictures later of our Anniversary Pilgramage to Gaithersburg. We are going to have fabulous Bucca di Beppo and find Faith some Cotswald Cheese. That's a story for later. Have a great day.

Here are the rest of the pics of what I am Demoing at Angies on September 26th.

Thank you Tammy for the Awesome Stamp Camp yesterday which inspired the change in the Scrapbook page. I also added a Spooky Skyline shrinkydink under Faith's picture. We are also doing the "spring" card that is listed in the blog on a previous day.

I am exhausted now. Going to finish picking up my stamp stuff in the back and make dinner and then Movie out .... I am sad that I don't have big brother on tonight. But yeah to Dan for winning he deserved it and before I know it American Idol will be back!!!

I am going to regionals on November 8th and I will make sure to post all of the fun stuff we do there.

I am anxiously awaiting my order that I just placed. I am going to finish my Thanksgiving Tablescapes over the next two weeks for the October 17th party. And then you all I am so stinking excited because I will be spending the last of October and the first two weeks of November designing new Christmas Ornaments for the November 21st release of Tricia's Christmas tree. I am getting to put it up the weekend BEFORE Thanksgiving and I could just about cry because I love Christmas that much!!!!!

Tammy's request

Here are the first batch of pics of Angie's party table.

New meaning to Pizza Face

Good morning Stampers, Family, and friends.

I promise I am going to try and put a picture up today of the party I am doing on friday. I have a few finishing touches to put on and then I will set the table and click away.

That being said. I had to put a new picture of Faith up here. We were over at Angie's (Faith's "Auntie") painting. We had a great turn out about 18 guys and girls showed up to help out. I had to have cried like 100 times that day.

Backstory: Faith's godfather Tony was killed by an IED in Iraq in April. He left a wife and 5 kids behind. Angie (Tony's wife) buys a forclosed home. We get a group together to paint her house for her and this is at the end of the day when everyone is just getting silly. Tired, hot, sweaty, and silly.

BTW thanks to you all who came it is truly a testament to the giving of human nature.

I thought this picture gave a whole new meaning to the word "pizza face"

I fibbed one last post!

Got two of my guys hanging out last night... Had to share!

Card for Angie's Party

WHOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I finally finished designing the card for the September 26th party. It is so much cuter in person but here it is!!! We are on our way to VA to paint Angie's house. Sorry to make it so short.. Enjoy... Check out my favorites on www.splitcoaststampers.com for the inspiration. Okay I know not a lot of difference but... I used the big shot to cut the pieces out on the inside and I used Wacky Tack on top of some of the paper as I rolled it through then I put glitter to those pieces. So again it is way cuter in person. Thanks for the great inspiration Jenn D.
Have a great afternoon.

Today's Pilgrimage to Virginia

Good Afternoon,

Well we are back from Virginia.... Why you are asking yourself did we go? Well take a look...

Frankie had me googling today and look what we found a mere 45 minutes from the house? That's right Jason's Deli... For those of you who don't know what it is.. It is a deli. It has a great salad bar but face it the best thing they have are these teeny tiny bran muffins.. That's what he really goes for. This trip wasn't a total wash. There happened to be a whole foods store close by which was awesome for Faith and I. Ever since we took Faith to Philadelphia and introduced her to different kinds of cheeses she has been hooked on this chive cheese. Funny critter that she is my little mouse. So we spent our labor day afternoon in culinary bliss. I just thought it was funny..
