Halloween Party #2

Here are some of the pictures from Makayla and Aiden's Halloween party. This was party #2 for the Halloween season. We have two more to go until it is done.

We are going to go Trick or Treating with friends and then we are actually attending one of the most talked about events of the whole year. Tammy's Halloween party. Yep we are actually going to go this year. I am super looking forward to it. I digress....

This party was so fun and the kids looked super cute, especially when Aiden decided he didn't want to be Tomater any more and decided to turn into spider man... He was fully of vinegar that night....:)

Piper looked awesome as a Strawberry. Madison and Makayla looked cool as rocker chicks too.. Faith was so excited to be a cheerleader she could hardly stand it.

Christmas Card for Michelle

So I am innocently trying to serve my last two weeks at my job when Michelle my boss comes in and says it should would be nice to have some samples....
So here was my sample for her and the saying is inside. This was using the Holiday Line Up and heartfelt words stamp set, Old Olive, Real Red, and Whisper White Card Stock, Ski Slope paper, Old Olive Ribbon, and the faux metal technique with the stamp set that came with the new tag punch all from Stampin Up! I did cheat and use olive embossing powder from Close to My Heart. I love how it matches the Stampin Up Old Olive.
If I do say so myself I love this card. I am wishing that this was one of the sets that I would have purchased for this Christmas season.
Tell me what you think. Have a safe and Happy Halloween tomorrow. I will post Halloween pics this weekend and hopefully more Christmas Card samples.

Fall Projects

Good evening to all!

I had an epiphany in the middle of the Giant grocery store... SMORES... Then it also came to me that my fabulous friend just bought me a new die cut for the Sizzix Big Shot "Chinese take-out box" so I showed how to do them at my party this weekend. What was the epiphany? I had them fill the take out box with mini marshmallows, little chocolate bars and the Honey maid graham cracker bees. I brought the box home and Faith sat down and made herself mini smores. I have to say that I was pretty proud of that one.

The other picture here is the gift wrap that I wrapped the boys gifts for their birthday. I made the black and orange bow. Again, sometimes I think to myself what the heck? Who is the Martha Stewart wanna be? Anyone who knows me from back in the day is probably scratching there head and thinking this can't be the same Tricia.:) Yep it's all me baby !!!!!!!!!

I love this time of year. The twins had such a cute little party. Faith had a great time as did all of the kids I think!

I love the picture of Aiden pouting at the bottom of the stairs.:)

Birthday Party continued

The kids had such a great time at the party. They painted pumpkins, bobbed for apples, and jumped on the trampoline.

Getting Ready for Christmas

Hello and Happy Columbus Day Weekend to you all!!!!
I just wanted to share a little bit of weekend inspiration with you. This was one of the cards Stampin Up! had at the home office in their show rooms highlighting their new items for this year. I love the Santa he is a rub-on can you believe it?
I went Christmas shopping this weekend with the girls. Yes, for those of you who know me well I am poistive that you are not surprised. This is even a little late for me to get started. I was behind the curve but am now ahead of the curve.:) After this weekend and the light at the end of the tunnel of parties. I will finish Stefania's party this weekend. We are having it next Sunday. Then I will have some goodie bags to make for Makayla and Aiden's Halloween party. Then it will be full speed ahead Christmas. I can't wait. I got my radio back just in time to start putting the Christmas music on to get into the mood to start all the festivities. :)
Enough for now I have to run my darling husband is putting in a new patio for me and I am going to help.

Stefania's Invitation

Good Evening.

I am about to buckle down and watch the Vice Presedential Debates but in the meantime I just finished Stefania's invitations to the party October 19th.

I used Chipboard and Crystal Effects on the leaf in the front and the paper is the Bella Rose paper.

Well it's getting close to time. When I finish the rest of the table setting I will try and post it.

Have a great night.

Stefania's Thanksgiving Tablescapes

Good evening all!!! Today is my BIRTHDAY!!!! I took the day off and meant to do something fabulous. Instead I worked on Stefania's party. I had the ideas in my head and couldn't focus on fabulous till I got them out so here are some of the things that will be going on the tablescape for her party.

1st Pic: Pumpkin made like the ornaments I stuck the leftover "broom" handle from last month's party as the stem and used old olive craft ink on the chipboard for the leaves. Twine works great as "ribbon" on the fall scenery.
2nd Pic is the napkin rings that I did with chipboard and the new fall pack from the mini.
3rd Pic: are wine charms made with last year's leaf set and shrinky dink. I have been really into shrinkydink lately:) I will post more as I get done with them. I am close to finishing preparations for this party. I am going to finish the invitations tommorow and will post them. I am off to bed. Have a great night's sleep.
