I AM VERY ANGRY RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!

Just a quick blurb here... I was desperately seeking how to do the Decor Elements Manhatten Flowers in my bathroom in the new house. I wanted it desperately on my shower curtain.

One of the ladies that I work with gave us this kitty. She was "fostering" him for her friend. I promised that I would make a book for the lady. She was sad about giving him up.

New House

For those of you who haven't heard yet we are moving!!!!!!!! I am so excited for so many reasons.

#1 Faith has an opportunity to go to a newer school

#2 The elementary school she will be going to goes from K-6. Which here in Maryland elementary schools only go K-5 and Faith has a summer birthday so she would just be turning 11 and going to middle school. I don't think either one of us were ready for that!!!

#3 It is in Virginia close to Angie and the kids and we can start being "present" more in their lives. Right now we live over an hour away and we are LUCKY to make it once a month.

#4 Central Park Mall will just be 20 minutes away where my favorite scrapbook store lives.

#5 We were lucky enough to be able to place Faith in an excellent summer program in Virginia this summer where she will be swimming at their lap pool 4 days a week and we are hoping to get her on the swim team. Something I loved as a child.

#6 We are going to have a neighborhood full of kids for Faith to play with.

#7 There are two lakes a swimming pool and playgrounds galore for us to enjoy and I might finally get to put my fishing pole in the water!!!!! The lakes are stocked with Bass so come over and fish anytime!!

We will be sad to leave our friends in Maryland but I do only work 15 minutes from Waldorf and get a whole hour for lunch... You people know who you are:)

The college is also going code green for the summer and that means I will get a 45 minute lunch and be off every Friday at 1:30.... !!!!!!!!! I am hoping my new boss allows this to be the norm for me. So it would be like being on flex again!!!!

So in conclusion I think this is a really great move for our family. I will still be in Maryland the first friday of every month to go to my scrapbooking events and who knows now maybe when some of my friends husbands are out to sea they will come stay with me and we can go do Virginia stuff now:)
