Trimming the Tree

We trimmed the tree today. I wish I felt better I am quite a bit under the weather but it was a good day despite the icky cold I am carrying around.

I am so excited that my husband let me put up the tree one week early. We usually wait until the day after thanksgiving but he let me do it early because Thanksgiving falls so late this year. I think he just let me have my way cause I am sick... :) Good, smart husband.

"Hertiage Holiday" "I Wish" (The Charm is the snowflake from the Snow Swirled Set done with red Stayzon and Shrinky Dink") This gift has hot apple cider mix in a Yankee Candle Jar. My husband melted down the wax and then used a little WD40 to get the residue off then washed it twice. After I was all finished I thought it was funny the play on words. "Warm Wishes" and the fact that the jar contained hot apple cider.

Yesterday November 22nd a stamping I went. Went over to my friend Michelle's to do some Christmas card creating. We came up with some really cute ideas. We used Close to my Heart's Merry Pursuit Set with the elves. This was the I Wish Stampin UP scrapbook kit and we used the Stampin Up Holiday Line up with the little elves in a row.

We had a really great time crafting out and listening to Christmas music and discussing "Twighlight" the movie. Michelle turned me on to all of the books and I read them all in a month the whole series and I ate it all up. I had a really great time. Enjoy the projects.

Okay... so the title says.. What happens when Faith sees a camera? Well as you can tell she is not camera shy at ALL!!!!!! But if you notice also, who else is in these pictures? Sans make-up and hair... You better write this day down on your calendar folks. Apparently Roberson family day is making mommy crazy. Faith too...

Sunday and Finally Stamping:)

It is Sunday and next week will be Thanksgiving and I am finally getting to stamp:) Well sort of, I didn't use any actual stamps on this.

I am sending these to all five of the G-ma's for birthday and Christmas. This is using the I wish scrapbook kit.

More Virginia Beach Pics

Virginia Beach

Frankie, Faith, the dogs, and I went to Virginia Beach this weekend for the Stampin Up Regionals. I will have some samples later this week of the Make and Takes and hopefully the nice lady who took a picture of me with Shelly will email me the pic... Long story short borrowed Faith's camera (more memory than mine) and I couldn't figure the crazy settings out.

The pictures are of the cabin we stayed in that was so charming. It was a one bedroom with a loft. It was darling... We all loved it very much. We will definately stay there again. The pics are of us at the beach on the boardwalk. We had a really great time.
