Megan's Mardi Gras Party Card for her 23rd birthday.I was playing around with my new Cricut Cartidges last night and made this card. I was at a standstill this morning thinking that this really needed something else when my friend Brenda came over and said every Mardi Gras Mask needs feathers. And as luck would have it I happened to have Feathers.
